I have noticed with this full moon there has been a larger portion of patients then normal that have been affected. I find the full moon behavior interesting as it was a year ago that a lunar eclipse happened which caused a similar stir up with patients. With the lunar eclipse 1 year or so ago, I found that many of my patients and my peers experienced a sensation of increased energy while also having less of an appetite. This was confirmed by different practitioners in the yahoo tcm group who lived in different parts of the world.
So this full moon was not nearly dramatic as the eclipse event, and it seems to me that the qi feels different. Rather then feeling charged, it feel more like static in my Wei field. When I meditate, the static feeling goes away, and I feel charged up. But it is different then the previous eclipse, as the energy I'd not assimilating automatically, but has to be facilitated with some sort of meditative art. The symptoms that patients and peers have been describing in the last week are: terrible insomnia, tossing & turning, anxiety, and irritability. I am wondering if anyone else has been feeling this way over the last week, or has been tracking patients that has had these symptoms arise only recently. |
